Photographers We are rapidly expanding and seeking photographers as the slowing real estate market has created a HUGE demand for our products and services!! We have an immediate need for skilled and experienced real estate/architecture photographers who are willing to work on an independent contractor basis. To work with us, you will need a higher-end consumer or professional camera (6.0 MP or higher) with a wide-angle lens, a tripod, a computer with broadband or other high-speed connection, and photo processing software such as Photoshop or Aperture with at least basic photo processing skills. If you want to shoot virtual tours as well, you would need to invest in a special rotator head (around $100) for your tripod, and be available to go out on 2-3 training jobs before being able to shoot and create tours on your own. You will be compensated on a per job basis, however average pay for a shoot will be $35-40/hour and all jobs would be a 2 hour minimum. Sales - Commercial Division We are seeking sales and marketing professionals that want to make their own hours and have unlimited earning potential. Our newly created commercial division focuses on creating compelling online campaigns for local businesses either small or large. We offer very unique and differentiated products and services, and we are seeking pros that can represent us well, earning a full 20-25% commission in the process. Work your own hours, use existing contacts or create new contacts through cold calling. It's all up to you. The average sale is around $2,000, so you can earn outstanding income, even PT.
